Download a Digital Product

    A download notification email, with instructions, will be send to you right after purchasing Digital Items. If you can't find order confirmation, please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Adding info@weddingbasic.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

   Digital products can be viewed and downloaded from your WEDDINGBASIC account.

   If you have questions about an item or order, please contact your seller to help you.

  • Instant digital downloads:  Ready-made files are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on WEDDINGBASIC, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

  • Made-to-order downloads: The seller will make Digital Items to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them. Please check their terms of delivery to avoid complications.

Refund or Cancel Digital Item

     Digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact the seller directly if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
