PLEASE NOTE: template illustration, size and orientation cannot be edited. Save and use for a printing or an e-invite.

For home printing, use standard Letter size paper (8.5″ x 11″ / 215.9 mm x 279.4 mm). Each page includes either 2 folded cards with a crease line or 4 single flat cards, depending on your layout preference. Use cutting tools such as a paper trimmer or scissors to carefully cut out the cards after printing.

2. Download Your Files

• Save the PDF file to your computer.

• Open the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF viewer.

3. Select Your Paper

For the best quality, we recommend:

• Cardstock (recommended: 100-110 lb.): Durable and professional-looking.

• Matte or Glossy Finish: Choose based on your preference.

• Recycled or Textured Paper: Ideal for a rustic or elegant touch.

4. Print at Home

• Use high-quality print settings (select “Best” or “High Quality”).

• Choose Actual Size or 100% Scale to maintain proper dimensions.

• Print a test page first to check alignment and colors.

• Load your printer with the selected cardstock for best results.

5. Print at a Professional Print Shop

• Save your file on a USB drive or email it to the print shop.

• Request high-quality digital printing on your preferred paper.

• Ask for sample prints before printing in bulk.

LOCAL PRINT SHOP: Locate a nearby print shop or use FedEx, Office Depot, Staples, etc. Please check with them what format they prefer.

6. Cut & Use Your Cards (If applicable)

• If your design includes trim marks, use a paper cutter or scissors for precise cutting.

• Optional: Use a corner punch for rounded edges.

• Your cards are now ready for use—handwrite or decorate them as needed!

7.Personalize

The Card is blank, giving you plenty of space to add a heartfelt handwritten note.
